M.A.D.E
This project for M.A.D.E involved the delivery of both Category 1 and Category 2 fit-out works to a developer's shell, undertaken under separate design and build (D&B) contracts for both the landlord and tenant. Carried out between March and August 2022, the project included the creation of a state-of-the-art technology centre and office accommodation spanning three floors.
The works comprised a full mechanical and electrical (M&E) installation, the reconfiguration of the internal layout, the sourcing and installation of all furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), and the completion of both hard and soft external landscaping. Delivered with project values of £1.5 million and £1 million across the two contracts, the scheme transformed the space into a modern, high-specification working environment.
