Canal & River Trust
This project for the Canal & River Trust involved the extensive redevelopment of an existing heritage property, carefully balancing modern functionality with the preservation of its historic character. The works included structural alterations, the installation of a new commercial kitchen and office spaces, and the complete fit-out of a café, retail area, and museum.
The project also encompassed the supply and installation of bespoke furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), a full mechanical and electrical (M&E) installation, and comprehensive external landscaping works. Completed between January and April 2021, the project was delivered with a contract value of £230,000.
